Adjustable Swivel Locking Pin Jockey Wheel Bracket

A jockey wheel clamp that adjusts the height position and swivels on a locking pin, so the jockey wheel can be swung away for travel. It suits 48mm outer tubes and is also compatible with the BOS 3 Rib jockey wheel.
