Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had an issue with broken springs on my caravan and contacted singleton trailer, caravan and camping with the hope of getting some assistance. After talking with Justin for a few minutes he not only talked me through everything to get him the details to be able to provide the correct replacement but he found a source for the replacement springs that he didn’t have on the shelf. Not many employees go beyond what is required, but I would have to say Justin definitely does even a follow up call to make sure I was sorted. Recommend them 100%
