30-Day Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,
you may return it within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

Return Conditions
– Original receipt required.
– Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Inspection may be
required before refund or credit.
– Trailers and special customer orders are excluded from return or refund due to change
of mind.

Return Options
1. Store Credit + 5% Bonus Discount
– Store credit for the full value of your return, plus a 5% discount code for your next
purchase.
– Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue and can be used online or
in-store.
2. Refund to Original Payment Method
– Refund minus a 10% restocking/processing fee.
– Processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Additional Information
– Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrectly
supplied.
– Faulty or incorrect items: We’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund or
replacement.
– Special customer orders: No refund for change of mind. Unsuitable custom orders may
be negotiated, with freight and restocking fees applied.
